My boots arrived this morning and I am really pleased. I wanted authentic Aussie made uggs so i have been looking on the internet at different sites. I bought my first pair from SNUG Australia about a month ago, they arrived in a plastic bag with a 12.38 customs charge and when I checked my credit card statement the exchange rate had added about 10.00 (odd because only a couple of weeks later when I ordered from Australian Aura the exchange rate only increased my payment by 1.97!) The stitching has already broke on my SNUG Australia pair so all together it's been an expensive waste.

However, today your boots have arrived in good packaging with no customs charges and no great variation from the price I paid when Iordered. The boots are lovely and look well made. I only wish I had bought my first pair from you!

Friday - it was my birthday and they arrived on the
day!!! Fabulous - I love them so much. My dog chewed
my previous Uggs up, well he aint getting the chance
with these ones - they only come off when I sleep (and
thats coz my husband insists I remove them!!!)
