Billing details and credit card safety

How do you process my order and what currency will i be billed in? Plus is you store safe for me to use a credit card?
Answer:
All Store prices are set at Great British Pounds.
Australian Aura presently accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex Credit cards. We also accept Paypal Payments which enables you to pay via dinners, Amex and cheques act. Australian Aura web store is 128 bit securely encrypted and certified safe for internet trading. Your credit card details are not stored by Australian Aura in anyway. All details are destroyed after we have processed your order. This is our protective measure for both you and us against fraud and theft.
Your credit card will be debited in Great British Pounds or the equivalent in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Your invoice which will arrive with your goods will be in GBP. In Saying this please don't let currency confusion stop you from purchasing. You will only ever be billed the equivalent in your nations currency of the Great British Pound. Shipping / Delivery Times
Question:
How much is shipping? How long will it take for me to receive my order? Do you deliver worldwide?
Answer:
Shipping costs at present are £10 GBP per pair. Delivery times : Dispatch times may be up to 3-5 days from the date you purchased. We choose to use Australian Post and their approx postage time is 7-14 days but may be slightly longer in the month of December and January. This is still a very short time to wait for a pair of these Hot Aussie items. We post goods to almost every country in the world for the same low £10 GBP postage costs.
Refunds /Returns
Question: Can I exchange my boots or get a refund if im not satisfied?
Answer:
Australian Aura Only Sell Quality Products. But if you are not Satisfied with your Purchase i.e... you have ordered the wrong style or the sizing is incorrect . We will be only to happy to exchange your goods for another product as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in New condition. Postage cost's for return's exchanges will be payable by the customer.
Money refunds will be granted less the initial postage costs £10...This also applies if you purchased while we were running a free postage deal as we still have to pay the initial postage cost . Also a re-stocking fee of £9 is payable if you choose to return your goods for a complete refund...This is not negotiable. So please ensure you order the correct product before you checkout.
We must be notified about any return product within seven day of receipt . All goods must be received back in their original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please enclose comments on your request's to assure a faster turn around time. The Cost of return Shipping to and from will also be Payable by you . Please take the Time to ensure your order is Correct.

I want to cancel my order before they ship.
Question:
I've ordered boots at www.australianaura.com but ive decided I want to cancel the order if they have not been sent. Can I do this please?
Answer:
Sure not a problem as long as the boots have not been sent, If they have its out of our hands. But if we have not shipped your product and you still want to cancel that i fine. Please note if we have processed your payment for your order and you request your order be stopped then in this case their will be a cancellation fee of £6 GBP for administration and bank fees due to refunds that need to take place.

Boot Color

My boots don't seem to be the same color as the picture at www.australianaura.com ?
Answer:
All of UGG boot sheepskin hides comes from Australia. The leather is of extremely high quality. One thing to remember with Sheep skin leather is that the material will vary from hide to hide and from boot to boot. Color variations are common, every animal hide has unique characteristics which take on the dyes in the tanning process differently. We think this builds the character of our boots as no two are exactly the same. It is becoming more and more harder to source quality skins to make our boots as their is a Drought in Australia, Because of this drought the sheep we get our skins from are not eating very much and this reflects on the skin the sheep are producing.. so their could be possible slight seed marks from time to time on the hide. But in saying that we have people constantly siving through skins at the tannery to pick out the best ones to make these boots.

Sizing
Ugg Boots are always made in full sizes. For accuracy purposes, we ask you to select your USA or UK & if you always wear a 1/2 size, Round UP to the next size. Remember Ugg boots should be snug , nearly tight at first as they will stretch slightly and mould to you foot as they wear in.
