you have ordered the wrong
style or the sizing is
incorrect . We will be
only to happy to exchange
your goods for another
product as long as they
are returned within 30
days of receiving your
goods. They must be in
New condition. Postage
cost's for return's exchanges
will be payable by the
customer.
Money refunds will be
granted less the initial
postage costs ...This
also applies if you purchased
while we were running
a free postage deal as
we still have to pay the
initial postage cost of
£9. Also a re-stocking
fee of £9 is payable
if you choose to return
your goods for a complete
refund due to labor required...This

I've ordered boots at

but ive decided I want
to cancel the order if
they have not been sent.
Can I do this please?

Sure not a problem as
long as the boots have
not been sent, If they
have its out of our hands.
But if we have not shipped
your product and you still
want to cancel that i
fine. Please note if we
have processed your payment
for your order and you
request your order be
stopped then in this case
their will be a cancellation
fee of £4 for administration
and bank fees due to refunds
that need to take place.
